How does the program work?
- Initial introduction to the technique – explained in a playful and understandable way
- Drawing with a story or theme – (e.g., "My safe place," "Rainbow of friendship," "What I like," etc.)
- Accompanying relaxation techniques – breathing exercises, music, working with colors
- Final sharing and support for self-expression – children can, but do not have to, interpret their artwork
Possibility of implementation in classrooms, after-school care, clubs, as part of a project day or thematic unit.
Program duration:
- For children 60 – 90 minutes (possibility of division for different age groups)
- Separately for educators 3-4 hours or in the form of a full-day workshop
Possibility of a one-time workshop or a series of developmental meetings (e.g., monthly).
