SM system

What is the SM system?
The SM system (stabilization and mobilization system) is a natural and highly effective exercise method that helps release the spine, strengthen muscles, and restore healthy body movement. It is suitable for both the prevention and treatment of back pain, herniated discs, scoliosis, and other musculoskeletal problems.
Exercises are performed with the aid of a special elastic rope, which activates muscle chains and gently stretches the spine upwards – thereby relieving pressure and tension.
What are the benefits and effects of the SM system?
- Relief from back pain, joint pain, and muscle tension
- Improvement in posture and balance
- Prevention of herniated discs and scoliosis
- Activation of the deep stabilization system
- Increased flexibility, mobility, and energy
- Support for regeneration after injuries or surgeries
Who is the SM system for?
The SM system is suitable for all age groups – children, adults, and seniors.
It is ideal for those who:
- Suffer from back pain, neck pain, or disc problems
- Have sedentary jobs or experience unilateral strain
- Are looking for a gentle and effective form of rehabilitation
- Want to exercise preventatively and improve their posture
- Need regeneration after surgery or injury
How does SM system exercise work?
At the beginning, I will teach you the correct exercise technique with the rope – everything takes place at a slow, controlled pace, with an emphasis on breathing, coordination, and the activation of the correct muscles.
Exercises are done individually or in small groups, and the program is always adapted to your needs, abilities, and goals.
The SM System is not about performance, but about healthy, functional movement.
Where can you exercise with the SM system?
Give your body movement where you feel best.
You can enjoy SM system exercises in the comfort of your home or at another pre-arranged location – I will be happy to come to you.
How long does a session last?
One lesson lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Regular exercise is recommended 2–3 times a week or shorter routines daily at home.
